Healthcare for Homeless Animals

Medical care makes second chances possible.

Healthcare for Homeless Animals is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds vital veterinary care and compassionate support for shelter animals at Agoura Animal Care Center. Medical care is provided through local veterinary partners.

Our mission is to help shelter animals access treatment, rehabilitation, supportive care, and adoption visibility so they can heal and move toward loving homes.

Every animal deserves access to quality healthcare, compassionate care, and the second chance to find a loving forever home.
Community-funded care

Help us save lives.

This work takes a community behind every animal. Your support helps keep the care moving, from veterinary appointments and transport to foster recovery support, adoption visibility, and the flexible funding needed when a shelter animal needs help quickly.

When you give, you help our volunteer-run team say yes to more animals, respond with care, and create more chances for healing, comfort, and loving homes.
